Explore How to Volunteer at River Days!
The 34th Annual River Days Festival invites teens and adults to volunteer!
This year’s Renton River Days is set for July 26-28, 2019, and will be jam packed with events, entertainment, recreation, arts, and food. Volunteer during festival week by helping in the Information Booth, at recreational events, line control for the children’s inflatables and activity booths, set-up for the fine arts show, or monitoring intersections for safety during the Saturday parade. Most tasks are outdoors and require physical ability. Festival volunteers should be friendly, responsible and people-oriented. Most tasks require volunteers be 16 years of age or older. Volunteering during the summer may be a way for youth to work towards accredited volunteer hours for the following school year.
